Hi. I am Jonathan Simmons, and this is my public notebook.
The notes here are written in different moods and at different levels of finish. Some are close to essays. Some are practical scraps. Some are old work I keep around because it still connects to what I am thinking about now.
I publish them because I want a place where my thinking can remain visible while it changes. Some pages assume context I have not supplied yet. Some links point into thoughts that are only partly formed.
The stage labels are mostly a courtesy. A seedling is rough. Budding means the note has a shape but still moves around. Evergreen means I trust the note enough to leave it mostly alone, at least for now.
